Nodo Yrigoyen  has 7 floors which offer different types of units between 1, 1 1/2 and 2 rooms.

The contemporary style building is located in the heart of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in Monserrat, the oldest neighborhood in the city.

Its modern tectonic design allows making this project a unique space to live and stay. The mix between its façade, the first-line interiors and the amenities make it feel like a true boutique building when walking through it.

All of its rooms are large, giving it a certain feeling of spaciousness and even those located on the top floor have individual green terraces equipped with hot tubs to enjoy and relax in the best way possible.

The project also has a large park in front of it, a covered heated pool, a multipurpose room and a gym.

The City Center of Buenos Aires, also known as Downtown, is not a neighborhood but rather an area consisting of the neighborhoods of San Nicolás, Balvanera and Montserrat.

The sum of these three neighborhoods results in a rich diversity of spaces, architectural contrasts, historical places, cultural, gastronomic and commercial offers.

In this area you will find the main roads of the city and in them a large number of tourist attractions.
